"With a career spanning over two decades, Alessandro’s journey in design is rooted in a relentless curiosity for human behaviour, technology, and innovation.
In the industry, Alessandro has carved a path as a
transformative leader. As Director of Product Design at Xero, he spearheaded the integration of AI into small business solutions, crafting smar t onboarding experiences and unifying global teams under a human-centred design system. Earlier, at Westpac and Macquarie Bank, he led various digital transformation, merging service design with
agile methodologies to redefine customer journeys.
He currently teaches UX and Accessibility at Torrens University.
